How much does the Widiba online trading service cost?
No fee is charged for using the trading platform. Clients are only charged trading fees for executed orders.
Are trading fees charged for orders that have been cancelled or not executed?
No trading fees are charged for orders that are cancelled or not executed.
Widiba charges a 0.15% simplified charge on the value of the executed transaction, with a minimum of 5.00 € and a maximum of 25,00 € for Italian markets and securities, and a minimum of 10.00 € and a maximum of 25.00 € for foreign markets and securities, for transactions submitted through the Widiba online channel.
What markets can I access online?
There are 21 worldwide markets for online trading. Italian markets: MTA, TAH, MOT, EuroTLX, ETFplus, MIV, AIM, SeDex, DDT, Hi-MTF. Foreign markets: NASDAQ, NYSE, NYSE MKT, London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse - XETRA, Euronext (France, Holland, Belgium, Portugal), Spain, Greece.
Can I consult the latest financial news in real time?
The latest financial news for all the Italian and foreign markets is available in real time. For real-time quotations, enters Widiba and type Markets Report. For the Italian market, no fee is applied.
What is a Watchlist?
Watchlists are customised lists used to monitor all securities and financial instruments of interest.
What does the stock selector do?
The stock selector is an advanced search engine designed to allow clients to select stocks dynamically, according to different qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
There are more than 30 filters available, split into 5 categories: Market, Performance, Fundamental Analysis, Technical Analysis. It is also possible to name individual searches and save the filters used.
What is the cross-selling of bonds?
With the cross-selling of bonds, you can buy a bond listed on a market (e.g. MOT) and sell it on another market (e.g. EuroTLX).
What are alerts and conditioned orders?
By setting an alert, you are asking to be notified by email and/or SMS whenever a selected event occurs (e.g. send me an email when the price of a security exceeds a certain value).
Conditioned orders involve the insertion of an order in addition to a notification (e.g. send me an email and buy 1000 shares when the price of a security exceeds a certain value, e.g. 1 €).
What is meant by stop loss and take profit?
These are automatic orders that can be inserted when entering an order or conditioned order. They are activated when a stock trades below a certain price (activation price).
Stop Loss is used to sell a stock that trades below a certain price to limit losses, while Take Profit allows you to sell a stock when it trades above a certain price, enabling you to close your trade upon reaching a determined gain.
