Inclusiveness is a value, and we work to ensure that everyone has the same access to our services. That's why we firmly believe that the most effective way to continue to improve our services is to listen to our customers.
We conduct analyses, studies and tests on our digital platforms, also with the support of users. All this improves the usability of our services and enables everyone to live our ecosystem to the full.
This is why Banca Widiba supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with the aim of reducing all kinds of inequality by promoting social, economic and political inclusion, regardless of age, gender, ability, ethnicity, religion, economic status or other diverse backgrounds.
Our journey
Since its establishment, Banca Widiba’s online presence has been characterised by the adaptability of our website, which is completely responsive, meaning that it can be used from any device (Desktop, Tablet and smartphone).
Since 2019, Banca Widiba has also been on"Google Home", Google’s smart speaker that lets our customers experience the bank using their own voice, to check information about their bank account through simple voice commands.
Our app also enables the use of integrated assistive technologies such as text to speech.
Finally, the PDF documents that can be downloaded from our website are designed for easy use. Optimising them is a goal we pursue constantly, and at the moment they are partially in line with the accessibility goal we wish to achieve.
We have taken some steps in the right direction, but the journey towards complete accessibility is not yet complete.
