Who can obtain My Instant Credit?

All adult customers and residents in Italy who do not have overdraft balances at the time of the request and meet at least one of the following characteristics: have held a Widiba account for at least 2 years, have been provided a Findomestic personal loan for Banca Widiba, have received at least 2 salary payments credited on the Widiba account in the last 3 months, or have Time Deposits or securities for an amount at least equal to or greater than € 3,000. The request is subject to approval by Findomestic.

How is it activated?

How can I pay my expenses in instalments?

Using My Instant Credit is easy. You can use the push notifications received after a payment is made, or simply select the payment you wish to be paid in instalments by accessing your transaction list, the My Instant Credit section or the My Payments section, also from the app. It is also possible to arrange payment instalments on home banking (bank transfers, bill payment, F24 etc.) immediately after their execution. Once the expense has been selected, all you have to do is choose the repayment plan (3, 6, 9, or 12: the duration proposed may vary based on the amount to be paid in instalments) and confirm. The amount will be immediately credited back to your current account, and the instalments will be debited every 5th day of the month for the duration of the selected repayment plan. Repaying the monthly instalments will restore the availability of your credit line.

How can I check the remaining availability of the credit line?

The credit line is € 1,500. You can check the remaining balance and the status of instalments already made in the My Instant Credit> Manage instalments section.

How many expenses can I pay in instalments?

You can simultaneously pay up to a maximum of 5 payments in instalments for a total of € 1,500.

Can I start paying in instalments immediately after requesting activation?

If your application is approved immediately, you will be able to make one payment in instalments. Once you have received confirmation that the credit line has been opened, you will be able to simultaneously pay up to a maximum of 5 payments in instalments, for a total of € 1,500

Is the instalment request always immediately approved?

In most cases, the request to activate the credit line is immediate. In some cases, however, Findomestic may perform additional assessments that require more time.

When will I pay my instalments?

The amount of all active instalment payments will be debited on the 5th of the month following the date of payments made.

What payments or charges can I pay in instalments?

You can pay all current account payments in instalments, such as bank transfers, credit card charges, MAV, RAV, debit card withdrawals and payments, payment of utilities and/or taxes.

When can I request instalments on a payment or debit?

Requests for instalments can be made immediately once the service is active.

How long is the credit line active?

The credit line has a duration of 5 years, and can be renewed.
