The monthly fee of the Start Package is 3 Euro, charged quarterly, and can be set to zero. Reductions will be calculated and applied on the last day of the quarter. The

To open a Widiba Account, just keep a valid identity document, tax code or national health card at hand, along with a blank sheet of paper with your signature. If you choose to complete the recognition process in a branch of the MPS Group, you can email the documents to documenti@widiba.it.

A digital signature is the

Certified mailboxes make it possible to finalize contracts faster and more securely, starting with the one relating to your Widiba Account. Having the same legal value as a registered letter, a certified email communication makes it possible to reduce the times required to share, forward and manage any type of document between you and the Bank.
Certified mailboxes can also be used for purposes not directly linked with your relationship with the bank (e.g. to send/receive documents to/from third parties, etc.).
Yes, after you have opened your account, you can replace the address assigned by Banca Widiba with your own personal PEC already in use.

Yes, with WidiExpress you can close your old bank account and transfer to Banca Widiba the connected payment services (standing orders, direct debits, recurring incoming bank transfers), salary or pension, mortgage, investments. The service is handy and free of charge: just fill in the online application form and sign it digitally. Within 12 working days of receipt, complete with all the necessary information and documents, Banca Widiba will transfer the payment services. The old account will be closed on the effective date indicated on the form if there are no impediments not attributable to Banca Widiba or ongoing obligations, such pending expenses made with a credit card or the presence of securities in the securities portfolio.
With WidiExpress, you can close the old bank account and transfer all associated services, or transfer individual services such as direct debits, incoming and outgoing transfers, salary or pension, securities portfolios and investments.

No, to transfer only certain services, go to the Transparency section and download the Transfer of Payment Services Form in the Accounts and Ancillary Services section. Fill it in, sign it and send it with your certified email to richieste@widipec.it.

No. Your old bank must first release the deposit’s liquidity, crediting the amounts to the old current account, and then you can transfer the total balance to your Widiba Account through WidiExpress.
You can choose from the following account packages, according to your needs:
- the START Package with main services included in the monthly fee of €3 (free if you are under 30), for your daily needs;
- the PRO Package if you are looking for a more advanced solution. In the monthly fee of €8 (you can receive discounts based on your assets), you have the option of requesting a free credit card. This is also the right package if you need to carry out operations at a branch office.
