WHAT THE SFDR REQUIRES
Article 3 of the SFDR requires financial market stakeholders and Financial Advisors to publish on their websites details of their sustainability policies, in particular with regard to sustainability risks and the negative effects of investment decisions on environmental, social and governance factors.
The aim of the legislator is to strengthen protection for final investors, increase awareness of investment choices, and improve the related information.
